GENERAL VALIDITY OF INFORMATION & RATES:

All bookings are bound by the conditions of entry
General Entry arrangements and prices detailed on www.boneomaze.com . Boneo Maze and Mini Golf has taken due care and responsibility to verify and check all information on www.boneomaze.com is accurate and correct at the time of compilation. However, Boneo Maze and Mini Golf does not accept responsibility for any price variation or variation in services depicted. All services and prices displayed are subject to change without notice. All maps, photographs, illustrations and computer-based graphics on www.boneomaze.com are included for general purposes only and are not always indicative of the subject matter. Maps are not to scale.

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Entry costs are for activities only and do not include food and beverage cost unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax.

GROUP BOOKING EXCLUSIONS:

The Adventure Zone has the following restrictions:

1. Children 17 years or less must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the park.
2. Groups involving children (from 6-17 yrs.) must be accompanied by an adult at a ratio of 1:8.
3. Some Adventure Zone Activities are unable to accommodate persons weighing more than 80kg.
4. The tour is not suitable for pregnant women, persons with a heart condition, high blood pressure or knee, ankle & back problems.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

• Children under 18 years of age are to be accompanied by an adult who has paid for general admission.
• Aggressive or violent behaviour against other patrons &/or staff will not be tolerated; offenders will be asked to vacate the premises Intoxicated or drug affected persons will be refused entry to the premises.
• If management suspects any patron of being affected by drugs or alcohol they will be asked to leave
• Boneo Maze and Mini Golf is built on naturally undulating terrain; some areas may be slippery and path surfaces uneven
• Patrons are advised to wear appropriate footwear that provides grip as you may find some areas very slippery and difficult.
• Extreme caution is advised at all times
• Smoking within the Boneo Maze and Mini Golf premises is not permitted
• Please place rubbish in bins provided.

IMAGE CONSENT AND RELEASE:

By purchasing entry in to Boneo Maze and Mini Golf or any event held onsite you consent to and agree that Boneo Maze has the right to take and use photographs of youself and/or your children and to use them in any and all media including online, now or hereafter known and for any purpose.  You release to Boneo Maze and Mini Golf all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately and to market copies.  You agree that any uses described herein may be made without compensation or additional consideration.

If you do not consent to the use of your image as stated above, please do not hesitate to contact Boneo Maze and Mini Golf staff to discuss.

BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Late arrivals or “No Shows” will forfeit the booking and no refunds will apply. Every effort will be made to re-schedule the missed booking (to the same day) where possible.
• Due to the limited number of places, any participants who are unable to complete the activities due to personal confidence levels will not be offered a refund.

For Online & Pre-Paid Bookings:

• We have a strict no refund policy.
• Session times or dates may be changed for pre-booked tickets up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time by contacting our office. A voucher will be issued if an agreed rescheduled booking date is not available.
• If for any reason, Boneo Maze and Mini Golf cancels a booking, a mutually agreed booking date will be offered. Boneo Maze and Mini Golf reserves the right to alter or re-schedule bookings at any time as a result of fire, flood, extreme weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond our control.

BOOKINGS:

If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your booking. If we have issues processing a booking, we will use this information to contact you.

DEPOSITS: A 50% non-refundable/transferable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for amount due.

PAYMENT: All bookings must be paid for in full at the start of the function by company or bank cheque, cash or money order/Direct Deposit. Please note that personal cheques are not accepted unless received (7) days prior to date of function. If paying by credit card, details must be received (24) hours prior to the date of the function. The client agrees to have the amount outstanding deducted from his/her credit card the following working day if payment is not made to the staff member on the day of the function. A monthly 2% or $25.00 interest fee whichever is greater will be charged if payment is not received within payment terms.

WEATHER/HIGH WINDS: In the event of bad weather you will need to call the office of Boneo Maze (03) 59886385 (48) hours prior if you wish to postpone or cancel your booking/event, otherwise payment in full will be required.  Boneo Maze representatives have full rights and the discretion to cancel the event due to weather conditions.

POSTPONEMENTS: If you have postponed your booking (48) hours prior, due to bad weather, it must be made and finalized within (3) months of the original booking date (subject to availability). Otherwise payment in full will apply.

DAMAGES: The client acknowledges that they shall take full responsibility for any loss/damage to all equipment directly caused by Patrons/Client during the Event and shall make payment in full to the value according to the extent of damage/loss to equipment.

ALCOHOL: At no time are  Boneo Maze staff to consume alcohol whilst working at an event, including setup, operation and completion of the event.

RISK ASSESSMENT:Should Risk Assessments, JSA’s, Hazard ID etc. be requested, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 per request.

Boneo Maze and Mini Golf Security Policy:

Boneo Maze and Mini Golf uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Boneo Maze and Mini Golf or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
• eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
